C. David DeBenedetti is a NY attorney with broad and long-term experience in different areas of corporate law, a founding partner of a boutique law firm in Warsaw and general counsel and compliance officer to an international hedge fund and advisory group.

He helps and advises in the issues related to special situations, project finance, mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, hedge funds, as well as venture capital transactions. As part of a team, David created a multinational hedge fund structure and all compliance policies and procedures and remains as the outside general counsel to that group.

He deals with planning and implementing investments, especially their cross-border aspects. David works with the strategic and financial investors in planning and structuring their investments in renewable energy. He has represented clients in arbitration and advised on litigation in FCPA issues.

After the Russian aggression on Ukraine, he was one of the two founders of the Corporate Aid for Ukraine initiative.
