Aleksandra Oziemska

Aleksandra Oziemska is an attorney (adwokat) and a partner in the Dispute Resolution and White Collar practices of the American law firm White & Case. Aleksandra focuses her practice on corporate compliance matters, government and internal investigations, as well as criminal litigation. Aleksandra also advises and represents the major tech companies in court, litigating novel issues related to crypto currencies, the protection of personal interests online and hosting provider liability.

Aleksandra earned degrees in law from the University of Warsaw Faculty of Law and from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. Aleksandra is also an alumna of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. In 2007 she completed an internship the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, a UN-backed body set up to try the Khmer Rouge. She also holds an LLM degree in International Crime & Justice from the United Nations Interregional Crime Research Institute (UNICRI). At White & Case Aleksandra is actively involved in pro bono matters.

Aleksandra is also a proud mother of two, an amateur gardener, an avid reader and – having visited over 90 countries – an insatiable traveler.
