Ewa Gmurzyńska

Dr hab. Ewa Gmurzyńska Associate Professor at  the  Faculty of Law and  Administration of the University of Warsaw; received  Ph.D. and habilitation degrees at  the University of Warsaw and master degree (LL.M) at the University of Florida;  Director of the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw,  Coordinator  the Mediation Clinic at  the University of Warsaw.  She is a mediator in civil, commercial and academic disputes as well as co-founder and  member of the  board of  directors  of the Foundation Center for Conflict and Dispute Resolutions. Her international experience includes teaching at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, University of Helsinki, Bergen University, Aix en Marseille University.  She has been teaching regularly since 2016 as an adjunct professor at Emory School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law. She is author of many articles and publications  in the field of mediation and  alternative dispute resolution.
