Ewa Gmurzy\u0144ska Associate Professor at\u00a0 the\u00a0 Faculty of Law and\u00a0 Administration of the University of Warsaw; <\/strong>received\u00a0 Ph.D. and habilitation degrees at\u00a0 the University of Warsaw and master degree (LL.M) at the University of Florida;\u00a0 Director of the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, \u00a0Coordinator \u00a0the Mediation Clinic at \u00a0the University of Warsaw. \u00a0She is a mediator in civil, commercial and academic disputes as well as co-founder and\u00a0 member of the\u00a0 board of\u00a0 directors\u00a0 of the Foundation Center for Conflict and Dispute Resolutions.\u00a0Her international experience includes teaching at Bahcesehir University in Istanbul, University of Helsinki, Bergen University, Aix en Marseille University. \u00a0She has been teaching regularly since 2016 as an adjunct professor at Emory School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law. She is author of many articles and publications\u00a0 in the field of mediation and \u00a0alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr hab.
