Griffith Chair in Law, is the co-director for the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/law.gsu.edu\/centers\/metro-growth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Center for the Comparative<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/law.gsu.edu\/centers\/metro-growth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Study of Metropolitan Growth&nbsp;<\/a>at the Georgia State University College of Law. Rowberry teaches Property Law, Natural Resources Law, Environmental Law and Anglo-American Legal History. His research focuses on contemporary legal issues involving cultural and historic resources, and on the medieval common law judiciary. Most recently, he co-edited <em>The Cambridge Handbook for Disaster Law and Policy <\/em>for Cambridge University Press, a collection of 33 chapters from scholars worldwide on issues affecting disaster risk, recovery, and redevelopment.&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/books\/cambridge-handbook-of-disaster-law-and-policy\/594D07633E88D148EFEB1DC22F8E0A3D\">Cambridge Handbook of Disaster Law and Policy<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Education J.
